Vijay Prashad is the author of six books, including Fat Cats and Running Dogs: The Enron Stage of Capitalism (Common Courage/Zed Books, 2002); Everybody Was Kung Fu Fighting: Afro-Asian Connections and the Myth of Cultural Purity (Beacon Press, 2001); Karma of Brown Folk (Minnesota, 2000). He is on the board of the Center for Third World Organizing, a co-founder of the Forum of Indian Leftists, and editor of Amerasia Journal and a frequent contributor to ZNET, Little India, ColorLines, Frontline, People's Democracy, and Himal South Asia.
