Tojo Thatchenkery is Associate Professor of Public Policy and Organizational Learning and Director of the Organizational Learning Laboratory. Dr. Thatchenkery is on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Management Studies, the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. He has recently co-edited a book titled Postmodern Management and Organization Theory and guest-edited a journal special issue on organizational learning and another on Asian-Americans and organizational diversity. Dr. Thatchenkery is also the book review editor for the Journal of Organizational Change Management.

Dr. Thatchenkery is a member of the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science and has consulted with various profit, nonprofit, and international organizations such as the IMF, Fannie Mae, Petrotrin, USDA, General Mills, World Bank, Booz-Allen & Hamilton, and Lucent Technologies.
